A simple guideline to follow post lockdown..
There aren’t any published guidelines on what to do, when to do and how to do.
Here is a small effort from us to put forth few points to help us stay safe and healthy.
It is not practical for us, forever to stay inside locked doors. Once the curfew is lifted, we have to go back to work and start our daily routine. The happy news is the day is not far and sooner we will be back in business.
- Disinfect and clean the closed business premises. It is important to clean all the door handles, table tops and switch boards.
- Clean the telephones, computer keyboards, mouse and mouse pads with disinfectant.
- From the time you start to go out every time when you get back to your place please clean your mobile devices.
- The usage of biometrics must be avoided.
- Caution using the lift buttons.
- Try to use a thermal scanner at the entry point to scan the people entering your premises.
- Develop the habit of opening the door by pushing with your elbow.
- If by any chance any of the inhabitants were tested positive please call the government healthcare department for spraying disinfectant.
- Keep hand sanitizer in every table.
- Make it a habit to wash your hands frequently.
- Keep disposable napkins and sneeze only in napkins or hand kerchief.
- Rearrange the seating arrangement giving enough space between desks.
- Do not invite any outsiders into your office.
- Bring your work force back your work in batches. If you believe your employee could still contribute to work from home please continue with that.
- Stop cash payment in canteen / cafeteria and move towards digital payment. Request teashops to have PayTM to enable easy payment.
- Avoid travel.
- Make most of your business meetings through online media.
- The complete guideline to disinfecting a building by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in given below
https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/Guidelinesondisinfectionofcommonpublicplacesincludingoffices.pdf - Wearing a mask will be mandatory.
- To ensure safety of family members please spray disinfectant in your bags and bath.
- Companies should keep a list of Phone numbers of Medics and be aware of your surroundings.
Stay safe!
Let’s look forward to a cleaner, better and sensible society.
