With the completion of the candidate selection phase, as we enter into the next stage, team Softura would like to say a big thank you to team Digiterati.
Team Softura hereby expresses a sincere appreciation for all the hard work done and the tremendous support provided by Digiterati in the selection process of freshers.
The entire experience has been very positive and satisfying. We are able to notice the Digiterati difference in the identification of candidates. A distinct professionalism is discernible in the screening and shortlisting of candidates who were then put through Softura’s own internal selection rigours. There is no doubt that team Digiterati has done the due diligence in a very scientific manner.
As already discussed these new members of the Softura family will soon be placed under Digiterati care for a technical training programme. And we equally confident that they will benefit immensely from this Digiterati guided programme.
We are pleased to be associated with your organization and see many more opportunities to collaborate. We recall the beginning of our association in 2019 and have very good memories of the excellent training provided by your colleague Ms. Jayanthi . We would like to thank you and your team’s efforts last year for successfully delivering committed Technical Training programs for SCB GBS (CCIB – PE Domain). The 2020 Technical Programs which helped to laid solid foundations for our exciting 3 year transformation journey. By increasing productivity, improving system resilience, deepening our engineering capability. We now have a solid base from which we can push on this year – as such all Training Programs was a vital component of our SRE Transformation Journey.
Accomplishment
Upskilled over 350+ engineers & hosted 6 Technical Workshops. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive not just from the Engineers who have received the training but also from the Senior management and Exec who have witnessed the uplift in our engineering capability. Once again we would like to thank you and your Teams for contributions last year, DIGITERATI are directly helping to transform not only our global team, but the bank’s approach to Production Engineering – we are very appreciative of your efforts.
